No matter what type of event you’re planning, whether it be a wedding, church event, or party — your guests always come first. And nothing says “We’re so glad you came!” like a chair for everyone to sit in and tables to gather around.
That's why we want to provide you with the best quality furniture for the best prices around.
Make sure everyone has a place at your event with our simple Premium White Folding Chairs. Our chairs are cleaned and sanitized after each event so you can rest assured that you will receive the highest quality and aesthetically pleasing rentals.
Rental fee: $1.50 per chair
Tables are especially important if you plan to serve food or drinks at your special event. Not only are they a place for your guests to sit, relax, and chat over a plate of food — they also open the opportunity to add more decor to your function with linens and centerpieces. Tables are also cleaned and sanitized between uses.
60” Round table (seats 6-8 people)
8' Rectangle table (seats 8-10 people)
Cocktail table (seats 2-3}
Rental fee: $10.00 per table
This one's for you brides out there dreaming of that first dance. You can see it in your head, it’s so romantic, but you just don’t know how to achieve it with improper footing at your reception.
Our size-adjustable, portable dance floor is the answer to having that perfect first dance (and whatever other dances you’d like to have).
9"x12" : $400
12"x12" : $450
*** A stabilizing sub-floor must be used along with the dance floor when outdoors or on uneven surfaces, this adds an additional $50 to each size listed.
Delivery & Setup
Let us take even more of the load off your shoulders by delivering and setting up your chair and table rentals as well. Simply provide us with a placement plan and we’ll do the rest.
Not exactly sure how you want things arranged? We can advise you on aesthetically pleasing placement.

This stage is perfect for live bands, wedding receptions, community events and so much more. It's modular design allows for multiple sizing options, but our base size is 16'x24'.
This rental includes two sets of steps, skirting, and a sturdy foundation for your event.

In order to keep the festivities going, even when the rain is flowing it's a must to have shelter. We’ve set up tents for outdoor wedding receptions, church festivities, and gatherings of all kinds over the years and would love to add your event to our list.

Why We Use Pole Tents
As a company, we pride ourselves on providing you the best and most simple rental options for your event. That's why we choose to supply primarily pole tents to our customers. Their sleek, swooping design make for an elegant and simplistic feel, which is why we believe they are a great option for any outdoor event! They are less labor-intensive for us and therefore less expensive for you than other tent options, making them more accessible for any budget.
Pole tents are also more durable and safer in minor windy or rainy conditions, so you can continue your event safely in most circumstances. However, always use caution. In severe weather, please seek shelter elsewhere. Tents are not permanent structures and can become unstable in extreme weather.
Lastly, while we have a few select frame tents for small events on concrete or asphalt, all of our pole tents must be set up on grass in order to ensure the best and safest setup.
